What products do you offer?

We offer a wide range of personalized items such as:

• Most of our items are personalized, but we also have ready to wear items.
Is there a minimum order?

For retail orders, no minimum. For bulk or event orders, minimum quantity may apply.
How long does production take?

Since most of our items are personalized, your item is ready to ship within 10-14 days. We ask for your patience as we create your order.
Do you offer rush orders?

It depends on the product, and the volume of orders we receive on that particular time. Please send us the date if we can accommodate your order. We will try our best to accommodate but it still is not guaranteed.
How long is shipping?

• Metro Manila: 1–3 days
• Provincial: 3–7 days
Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship anywhere in the Philippines.

What is your COD process?

We do offer COD for your convenience 😊

However, for orders ₱2,000 and above, we usually require a minimal deposit since all items are personalized and cannot be resold once produced.

But if you’re 100% sure about your order, we may waive the deposit upon confirmation.
What is your return/refund process?

We offer 30-day money back guarantee.
What are the materials used?

We craft our pieces using either 925 sterling silver, stainless steel, or copper base, depending on the design. Our gold jewelry is finished with a layer of 18K gold over sterling silver, stainless steel, or copper. Materials vary based on the style and durability needs of each piece, so we always recommend checking the individual product listing for the most accurate material details.
What material are your gemstones made of?

Our gemstones are crafted from high-grade cubic zirconia, renowned for its brilliant sparkle and durability. While we don’t offer genuine diamonds at this time, cubic zirconia provides a stunning, diamond-like appearance at a more affordable price, without compromising on quality.

We also have 100% genuine lab-grown diamonds and moissanite diamonds as stated. They come with certificates of authenticity.
